What the published grid data says.
And what it is silent about.

Capacity data is public, and it is misread constantly — because the numbers are published per substation service area while procurement asks about regions, and because nothing in the publication says how old it is by the time you act on it. This report is a quarterly read of that data. Every claim in it carries its evidence grade, including the ones we could not stand behind.

Quarterly. The capacity data behind it refreshes at minimum quarterly, so a faster cadence would be the same figures with a newer date on them.
