Hands on your hardware when you can't be there. Trained engineers execute your written instructions across multiple Amsterdam-based facilities — installs, cabling, power cycles, swaps and diagnostics.

What we do

Routine and emergency tasks, on best-effort terms.

  • Equipment installation and deinstallation
  • Cable patching and labelling
  • Power cycling and hardware resets
  • Component swaps (HDDs, NICs, memory)
  • Network diagnostics and port testing
  • Escorting third-party vendors
  • Visual documentation (photos / video)

All work is executed on the basis of written instructions. You remain responsible for the accuracy of those instructions, for arranging datacenter access permissions, and for being reachable for guidance during execution.

Standard Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 CET
€75/hour
Evening Mon–Fri, 18:00–00:00 CET
€112.50/hour
Night / weekend / holiday 00:00–09:00 CET & weekends/public holidays
€150/hour

Minimum charge 1 hour · ex. VAT · invoiced post-delivery, payable within 7 days · disputes resolved within 24 hours. Full conditions in our Terms of Service §10.
